6 Things to Do in Westport this Weekend!
1. A few tickets are still available for The Best Is Yet to Come: A fundraiser honoring Kristin Chenoweth and Mary-Mitchell Campbell at the Westport Country Playhouse on Sept. 14th at 7PM featuring performances of Cy Coleman’s greatest hits. The 2024 Leadership Award will be presented to Westport’s own Harold Bailey, Jr. and Bernicestine McLeod Bailey.
2. Bespoke Designs CT is having the chicest sale as they spend their final days in Sconset Square Westport before moving to a new design studio dedicated to their printing craft. Truly the best tabletop, home décor, dinnerware and table linens are on sale 25%-60% off.
3. Popshop Market returns for its second shopping event this Saturday September 14th from 10AM-3PM at the Westport History Museum. Ashley Daley has a keen eye for brands and her hyper-curated event will have 50+ brands who sell everything from luxe colorful totes to one-of-a-kind jewelry, and, table linens to apothecary items.
4. Welcome Fall with some new flavors and new menu items like ice cream cakes and ice cream sandwiches from Momu Ice Cream on September 15th 12:30PM-3PM with live music by Westport native Jon Saxon who will play tunes by Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, Pete Townsend, Jason Aldean, Tim McGraw, Darius Rucker, and more PLUS a chance to win raffle prizes including a $50 gift card and an ice cream making class for two by Brittany.
5. The Slice of Saugatuck returns for the 12 year on Saturday September 14th, from 2PM–5PM with over four dozen of Saugatuck’s finest restaurants sampling their offerings. Taste your way from restaurant to restaurant. Tickets/Passport $15, Children 5-12 $5

6. Get a sneak peek bite from the highly anticipated opening of The Bridge at Saugatuck at the Slice of Saugatuck (see details above). The restaurant is set to open its doors next month and the sign went up this week! They’re serving their classic burger.
